General Terms and Conditions

 I. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) regulate the method and conditions of using the partner verification application provided by the Service Provider, as well as the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Subscribers.

 II. Interpretative Provisions

a. Service Provider: J-B Faktor Zrt.,

b. Application: The Service Provider’s partner verification service, which processes the score result produced from the evaluation of micro, macro, and industry, as well as financial and non-financial data retrieved, generated, and/or processed from various company databases and other data sources, and displays it in a clear and evaluable visual form on the www.factr.online website.

c. Premium Program: In case of active membership (Subscriber), entitlement to use the Application provided by the Service Provider in accordance with these GTC.

d. Subscriber: The natural person or legal entity, or organization without legal personality, who subscribes to the Premium Program.

e. Subscription: The Subscriber’s order of the Premium Program provided by the Service Provider for a period of 12 months and the payment of the subscription fee. The Subscription is automatically extended for the next subscription period of the same duration upon expiration, provided that the subscription fee is credited to the Service Provider’s bank account.
f. Platform: The website www.factr.online, where the Subscriber can use the Premium Program and access partner verification results.

 III. Creation of a Subscription Relationship, Content, Notification of Changes, Modification

The subscription relationship between the Service Provider and the Subscriber is established by ordering the Premium Program from the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as: “Order”) and paying the subscription fee for the subscription period, or by accepting these GTC and the Service Provider’s data processing information, if the Order is confirmed by the Service Provider.

The Subscriber may submit the Order on the Platform by logging in, providing the necessary data, accepting the GTC and Data Processing Information, and successfully completing the payment. The Order becomes effective upon confirmation by the Service Provider.

Upon receiving the Order, the Service Provider confirms the order in writing to the Subscriber by issuing an invoice.

 IV. Termination of the Subscription Relationship

A Subscription will be terminated under the following circumstances:

1. At the end of the subscription period, if automatic renewal does not take effect.
2. Termination of the Premium Program by the Service Provider.
3. Death or incapacity of the natural person Subscriber.
4. Dissolution of the Subscriber without a legal successor.
5. Termination by the Service Provider if the Subscriber misuses the Subscription.
6. Termination by the Service Provider if the Subscriber fails to pay the due subscription fee despite reminders.
7. By ordinary notice of termination addressed to the Service Provider, but not earlier than the end of the subscription period (12 months).

The Premium Program subscription relationship may be terminated in writing (by email or post). Failure to pay the due subscription fee does not constitute regular termination of the Subscription.

 V. Subscription Fee

The current general subscription fee for the Premium Program is available on www.factr.online.

– The subscription fee must be paid in advance for the entire subscription period.

– Online payments are made through a secure payment gateway.

– The Service Provider excludes liability for any issues arising from the payment processing service.

Invoices for new and renewed subscriptions will be issued upon payment confirmation.

 VI. Provision of the Premium Program

The Service Provider ensures the proper functioning of the Application and provides satisfactory access to the Premium Program for Subscribers during the subscription period. The Service Provider guarantees 97% availability.

– Subscribers are allowed up to 50 queries per month.

– Each query represents a filter request for a specific company.

– The Service Provider maintains a customer service department to handle complaints.

 VII. Data Protection and Privacy

The Service Provider processes personal data in compliance with:

– Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information

– Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR)

– Relevant Hungarian data protection laws

Personal data is processed to fulfill subscription obligations and is retained for up to five years after termination, unless otherwise required by law. Subscribers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting info@factr.online

 VIII. Final Provisions

1. These GTC supersede all previous agreements.
2. The current text of the GTC is published on www.factr.online.
3. By subscribing, the Subscriber accepts these GTC.
4. These GTC enter into force on [Insert Effective Date].
